Support is quite responsive

Support is quite responsive, however I have had issues where money was not credited or "not found" initially and with trading time to settle is super important for me.

Payment methods are poor and they illegally charge on Card transactions which goes against PSD2 regulations. They don't seem to have a clue about said regulations which is worrying.

Hi Matthew,

Thank you for your review. We feel that we were rated unfairly considering the bank transfers you mentioned were cleared in 1 business day upon reaching our accounts and nothing was lost or misplaced, they were simply in transit.

Regarding the fees on card deposits, these are emanating from our 3rd party processors which we use as an investment firm. However, we are in the process of switching providers and these are set to drastically reduce in the very near future such that the cost will range from absolutely free to minimal.

As you know our charges are clearly displayed on CC Trader before proceeding and there are also other channels available which are free such as bank transfer. Furthermore, when it comes to payments we have a healthy pipeline of additional functionality coming to the platform, this will be made available this year and further enhance the process.
